When will a Paysend Libre transfer be refunded if I don’t accept it?

✅ You have 14 days to accept your first payment with Paysend Libre before it is automatically returned to the sender.

The same applies if you are using our regular version of Paysend Libre and you receive a payment that requires us to verify your ID (e.g., because it is a second payment, or a first payment over USD 150 or equivalent). If you don’t verify your ID within 14 days, the payment is automatically returned to the sender.

📲 If you already received a Paysend Libre payment before and have verified your ID with us, you don’t need to accept each subsequent payment. Your Paysend Balance will be credited automatically
