Paysend Libre is designed to be an instant transfer service so it’s important to be sure before you send a payment. If you do want to recover a payment after sending it, please contact our customer support team. If the recipient has not yet accepted the payment, we will try to cancel it for you. If the recipient has already accepted the payment, we recommend you contact them directly.
💡 If the recipient doesn’t accept the payment within 14 days, the money will be automatically returned to you.
