Can I cancel a money request?

If a money request hasn't been paid, it can easily be canceled either by a payer or by a recipient of the funds. Here's what you will need to do:

1. Go to the ‘Transfers’ tab in the app or the ‘Requests’ tab on the website.
2. Choose the pending request by tapping or clicking on it.
3. Press on the three dots in the upper right corner and choose the 'Decline request' option.

Please note:

• If unpaid, a money request is canceled automatically within 30 days.
• It's not possible to cancel a request if you have tried to pay for it and your payment is being processed.
